Candida antarctica lipase B (CAL B) liquid ist ein Enzym, das aus der Hefeart Candida antarctica
\ngewonnen wird. CAL B ist ein \u00e4u\u00dferst vielseitiger und weit verbreiteter Biokatalysator, der in
\nverschiedenen Branchen wie der Lebensmittel-, Pharma- und Chemieindustrie eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n

CAL B geh\u00f6rt zu der Klasse von Enzymen, die als Lipasen bekannt sind und katalysieren die Spaltung
